Service & Refund Policy – CNC Tech Services Last updated: October 2025CNC Tech Services provides professional on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for CNC machines and related equipment. Due to the nature of our work and the time, labor, and materials involved, all service charges are non-refundable once a visit or repair has been completed. We stand by the quality of our workmanship. If any issues directly related to our service arise within 7 days of completion, we will return to inspect and correct the problem at no additional labor charge. This guarantee applies only to the work performed by CNC Tech Services and does not cover unrelated equipment failures, misuse, or third-party interference. All travel, diagnostic, and service visit fees are final once the technician has arrived on-site. Replacement parts are covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty terms when applicable.
