1. ServicesCNC Tech Services provides on-site CNC machine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. All work performed is billed according to the agreed service rates, which include travel, diagnostics, and labor.

 

2. Appointments and Scheduling: Appointments may be booked online or directly with our office. Once confirmed, clients are responsible for ensuring technician access to the service location. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may incur a service-call fee.

 

3. PaymentsPayment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept major payment methods through our secure third-party partners (such as Jobber and QuickBooks). Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to late fees.

 

4. Warranty and Liability: CNC Tech Services guarantees the quality of our workmanship. However, we are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or unrelated equipment failures. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
